Book your Glamping Pod Holiday
Minimum Stay
A minimum 2-night stay applies during July and August. Limited availability for 1-night stays in July and August will be released in June.
Online Bookings
Bookings must be made online at least 24 hours before your stay date. For same-day bookings, contact Kinelarty Pods via email at stay@kinelartypods.com.
Guest Capacity
Pods accommodate a maximum of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). Bunk beds are suitable for children under 15 years old.
Pet Policy
Kinelarty Pods are pet-friendly.
A pet supplement of £35 per dog applies per reservation.
Pre-booking your pet and adhering to the pet terms and conditions is mandatory.
Optional Extras
The following optional extras are available (pre-booking may be required and additional charges may apply):
Hot tub
Fire pit pack (includes wood, firelighters, matches, marshmallows, and sticks)
Breakfast packs (continental or children’s)
BBQ packs (various options available)
Prosecco welcome pack
BBQ hire (includes charcoal and utensils)
Pre-order optional extras at least 3 days before your stay date.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy varies depending on the chosen rate plan. A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking for all rate plans. Full payment is taken 7 days before arrival.
Best Flexible Rate
Full refund on the pod nightly rate for cancellations made 48 hours before arrival (excluding add-on packages).
Standard Rate, Minimum Night Specials & Seasonal Package
Full refund for cancellations made 15 days or more in advance of arrival.
Non-refundable change of date permitted (once only) for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.
No refunds issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival.
Advance Purchase Rate & Early Bird Rate
Bookings cannot be cancelled or amended, and no refunds are issued.
